Norbello is a Guilcier village between Abbasanta and Ghilarza, called Norghiddo until 1862, with the hamlet of Domusnovas Canales. Its old centre keeps the basalt buildings typical of the area, and in recent decades its squares have been paved in basalt and decorated with statues and murals by South American artists. The area is rich in nuraghi and Punic, Roman and Byzantine remains. On 17 January the Sant'Antonio Abate feast is held in the square of the church of San Giovanni, recorded as early as the 13th century, organised by a youth committee.
