Dualchi is a small Marghine village with an old centre of winding streets and multi-storey houses of black basalt. Founded in the Middle Ages in the Giudicato of Torres, it was later disputed between the Doria and the Arborea. Its territory is extremely rich in nuraghi, including the single-tower basalt Nuraghe Ponte close to the village. In the village are the parish church of San Leonardo and the church of San Pietro on the road to Silanus, where the main feast on the first Sunday of September brings many emigrants home.
