Oniferi is a small village between the Nuoro area and the Goceano, with the hamlet of Sos Eremos, founded in the Middle Ages in the Giudicato of Torres. Its old centre has narrow streets and bare-stone houses around the 17th-century three-aisled parish church of Sant'Anna. Three kilometres away lies the Sas Concas necropolis, a group of Ozieri-culture rock-cut tombs, some with carvings of upside-down human figures. The biggest feast is Sant'Anna on 26 July.
