Suni

Suni is a municipality in the Province of Oristano with about 1,130 inhabitants, 340 metres above sea level.

Suni is a Planargia village a few kilometres from Bosa, in an area with the Chirisconis rock-cut tombs and very many nuraghi, among which the imposing Nuraddeo nuraghe, with its well-preserved central tower, stands out. In the old centre the Tiu Virgiliu house museum collects objects from peasant life and local crafts. A few kilometres from the village stands the country church of San Narciso. The saint's feast begins on 11 May, when the riders of the confraternity go to the prior's house and carry the banners to the chapel.
