Siapiccia is a small village at the foot of Monte Grighine, between the Oristano Campidano and the Barigadu, perhaps Roman in origin on the road between Usellus and Fordongianus; in the Middle Ages it belonged to the Giudicato of Arborea. The area has many nuraghi. The village has the 17th-century parish church of San Nicola di Bari. On 16 and 17 January a great bonfire in the square celebrates Sant'Antonio Abate, and the patron, the Madonna del Rimedio, is honoured on 8 September.
